Rugnify Return Policy
We at Rugnify value your satisfaction and offer a 6-day return window, which means you have 6 days after receiving your handcrafted Afghan rug to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your rug must be in the original state you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.
Initiating a Return If you wish to return your rug, please reach out to us at Sales@rugnify.com. We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions after you contact us.
Please be aware that we can only process returns that have been authorized by our team. Unauthorized returns sent to us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon delivery, please inspect your rug immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or if you’ve received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and rectify it.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized items. If you have any concerns or questions about a particular item, please contact us.
Returns on items purchased on sale or gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges For an exchange, please return your original item. Once accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new rug you desire.
Refunds After receiving and inspecting your returned rug, we will inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
